Coolaroo Hotel is the ideal venue for your next function occasion. We can cater for small or large function ranging from social to corporate events. We don't offer drink packages, but drinks are available at bar prices. We have on site accommodation available if you have guests who are travelling. Please note we are a Hotel and are not licensed for BYO food or drink.

Function Areas

Function Dining Room

For a private celebration our Dining Room offers great versatility and can be used for a wide variety of events including weddings, engagements, product launches, Christmas parties, presentations, workshops and meetings.

Our Functions Dining Room has the capacity for a large number of guests and is equipped with its own bar, sound system, toilet facilities and entrance. The raised stage is available for use and features in house P.A, projector screen, C.D. player and microphone. You can bring along your own DJ and Band or we can organise one for you. The room hire is $330 (Inc GST) and includes staff, room set up and cleaning. The room is available exclusively to you for 4-5hrs.

Multi Purpose Conference Room

Our multi-purpose Conference room is ideal for christenings, birthday dinners, conferences, reunions, work functions, luncheons and get-togethers. The room can accommodate seated guests depending on the type of function style you require; banquet, cocktail or theatre style for a product launch or seminar. We are able to customize our facilities and services, to meet your specific requirements.

Room hire is $220 (Inc GST) for a 3 - 4 hour booking. There is easy and quick access to both bar and toilet facilities. A white board, projector and screen, CD and DVD player are also available in this room.

Bistro Functions

For smaller group functions our Bistro offers a relaxed family friendly environment and can accommodate your next function celebration for a sit-down meal. There is a wide selection of mouth watering dishes offered on the menu, with chef specials daily. The indoor children's playground has play stations and activities to occupy your tiny guests.
